There is a discourse over the marriage of Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan which has been in the news and the public domain for some time now.
Gyan has sought a divorce from his wife Gifty Gyan whom he married over the past thirteen years and had also asked that a DNA test be ran to determine the real father or otherwise of his children.
Gifty, is reported to have said though she is unhappy about what a DNA controversy will become an insult for her kids, she fully welcomes the decision because it will vindicate her.
Gyan, having admitted that his marriage is on the rocks had clarified that the process that is ongoing at the Accra High Court is not a petition for divorce but an annulment process.
Ever since the news of the divorce was announced, it is understood that the all-time Ghana’s goal scorer grew cold towards Gifty after a business woman by name Nina Atala came into the Black Stars skipper’s life.
But HotFmonlinegh.com is reliably informed that, Gyan grew cold towards Gifty after realising that she was already married.
To clarify the claims, Hotfmonlinegh.com is in possession of a marriage certificate that signifies that Gifty is truly married.
According to the marriage Certificate, Gifty who is known as Sandra Gifty Gyamesi got married to her alleged husband Eugene Odame Antwi on 26th February, 2002 at Tema Municipal Assembly.
Gyan and Gifty have been together since 2003 and got married in 2013 after their second child was born.
All attempts to reach Gifty to clarify the issue proved unproductive.
Below is the marriage certificate
