Sensational Gospel musician Kobby Egyeil who is known in showbiz as Coby Seed has thrown a challenge to his colleagues in the gospel music industry.

KobbyGossips came across a video of which Coby Seed was being interviewed in the studio of Oliv fm which is located in Dansoman.

Cobby seed apparently went to premiere his newly released single which he titled “Finally Finally”.Whiles reviewing his album the host noticed there were different genres of music on it.

The host asked him to talk about the other songs on the album,he said “One thing I have studied about Ghanaian gospel musicians is like I wouldn’t say all of them but majority of them are becoming lazy in terms of their creativity”.

He further added that he(Cobby Seed) is bringing a new thing into the Gospel music industry whereby he is going to be producing his musics in all the different types of genres which he mentioned  (reggae, pop, highlife, ragga, soukous).

He added that the introduction of this type of genres will eradicate boredom from the gospel music industry. He encouraged his colleagues in the industry to be creative and stop singing on weak and dull instrumentals.

Cobby Seed went on to say he has a problem with gospel musicians riding on beat samples of secular musicians but in his view it should be the other way round where the secular musicians be rather taking it from them.He thinks they are lacking something that’s why he is encouraging his colleagues in the gospel music industry to be creative.

He finally said Ghanaians should expect more of him whiles he brings more energy into the gospel industry.
